Things to think about:

• Diverse top materials can be used. Vendor supplied materials are best but can use other vendors materials. Face can be knit, woven, Pu coated material with enough density to secure fibers and needle punch • Customized pattern and text available, just send art • Color on base can be piece dyed. Color of the flocking from nonwoven backer in stock Red, Navy, lt Grey or dk grey. If you need custom color flock look use knit backer for custom colors • Panel size or repeat is limited to 40 cm x 55 cm

• Make it sustainable by using a recycled REUSE fiber non-woven backer with recycled polyester dyed face • Already laminated so saves a step for factory, can even get as upper design to eliminate sewing for engineered upper. Can be sold as paneled or can be laser cut for the factory in uppers or parts. • Best for Lifestyle product end use

Things to think about:

• Diverse base materials can be used. Base can be knit or woven with enough density for embroidery • 2 to 3 color option- 1. Custom colors for base. 2. Only one type magwire with either 1 tone or 2 tone magwire for 3 rd color • Magwire can be 1.2-1.5 mm • Panel size or repeat is limited to 40 cm x 55 cm • Design should flow all the way without stop for productivity. Typically, the start and stop outside shell for embroidery

• Can use recycled base material and recycled magwire • Color for base can be unlimited piece dyed. • Can be sold as panel or can be laser cut for the factory in uppers or parts. • Density of embroidery has impact on cost. Think about only using the embroidery where you need it to reduce cost. • Best for Lifestyle and some limited sports end use
