Low Liquor Dyeing

Y YVN is the largest shoe textile factory in Vietnam, which is approximately 4 times the size of the existing YYVN plant. 2nd approval of 31 products has been carried out since Q3. 2020. The new factory started dyeing and tentering process in Jun. 2021, and the full spectrum operation will begin in Oct. 2021.

New factory will maximize production efficiency through 4 times the size of Scale Up and Localized Sourcing.

It will also be the most environment-friendly factory equipped with recycling WWTE, Biomass Boiler, and Low Liquor Dyeing machines. More solar power system will be installed later this year, making it the most suitable factory for Nike's sustainability policy.
