T hey are normal patterns, but never typical! 1. Front and back side are the same pattern and have soft hand feel as well. 2. Different yarn deniers on front and back sides create different patterns and structures so both sides can be used. 3. Transparency and cushioning are created by adding mono yarn into the

middle layer, with both sides having open holed pattern. 4. Irregularities in a grid pattern give a cheerful feeling. 5. Shiny dots are seen inside matte and regular patterns.

Circular Knit JQD What’s New

M aterials made with YY’s specialized technology! 1. Used spandex to create textural patterns that look like embossed textile. 2. The terry structure was expressed differently depending on each pattern. 3. In addition, products are improved in terms of physical properties by mixing Tencel and recycled polyester and are receiving a positive response. 4. Using biodegradable yarn, YY developed lightweight knits that retain good stretch and recovery. Recently, YY has continuously tried new concepts of circular knits by combining various yarns and these have most definitely upgraded our materials in terms of aesthetics and physical properties.

O ne of our special technical treatments is Needle Punching. The following image has YY’s Shearing material as the base, scratch the top material to reveal the base material’s fuzzy feel and pattern. This creates a unique and special aesthetic.

Made using Re-used yarn giving it a vintage sensibility. Also added visual and dimensional effect by using a DESIGNED foil print.

Thru PU Laminating you can feel achieve a matte look while maintaining the TEXTURE and LIGHTWEIGHT quality of the BASE material. Custom color is also available.

What’s New

YY ’s special Embroidery technique allows more complex and diverse patterns and designs with layers of Embroidery or stitching techniques. Straight stitch and zigzag stitch are the most representative of the techniques we can provide. The types of cording cables range from poly cordings to cables with beads. A variety of special, unique and trendy products are being developed with YY's own specialized Embroidery technique.

Biodegradable materials

Sustainability B eyond Eco-friendly!

These biodegradable materials are made with highly heat-resistant biodegradable polyester yarn that can be biodegradable by bio-polymer. Biodegradable polyester has excellent durability/heat resistance and excellent biodegradability rate through copolymerized polyester modification. These materials are hydrolyzed and decomposed by microorganisms, completely decomposed into Biomass, CO2, and water. Biodegradable fiber has similar performance in terms of alkali loss, colorfastness, and dry heat Resistance (no problem when treated below 200 degrees) as same as normal Polyester.

Sustainability

H emp fibers that are collected from the stem of the mulberry family have many advantages. It has excellent durability and ventilation, as well as antibacterial and deodorizing functions. Unlike cotton, hemp has excellent heat transfer power, easy dyeing, resistant to mold, and has UV blocking function and natural antibacterial properties. One of the biggest advantages of hemp fibers is their potential. Customer’s demand for hemp fibers is growing because the natural fibers are harmless to the human body and the environment during cultivation and production. In addition to Hemp, YY is developing various eco-friendly materials such as Tencel.

YY Indonesia is growing with huge investment!

Y Y Indonesia is in the process of expanding a large-scale of knitting and weaving factory with a total investment of $14M, and will be a full factory of 100% Ownership by 2023.

YYID will be the only specialized CKJ factory in Indonesia. We can suggest super-competitive pricing for high-quality upper products.

YYID will be the only one major factory that able to produce Woven in Indonesia. Validated technology and global system from YYHQ will be completely taken over.

YYID will be equipped with facilities of mass-production for both Circular knit and Warp knit.

It is expected that YYID will provide a wide variety of high quality products at a competitive price. At last, YYID and YYVN which is also under expansion, will become a complete system for local production in Indonesia & Vietnam.
